Following the acquisition of a 100% stake in Dr. Walter Ostermann DOB Getriebebau GmbH & Co. KG in 2021, we are now taking the next step in the strategic development and strengthening of the Pekrun Group: Effective January 1st 2022, Dr. Walter Ostermann DOB Getriebebau GmbH & Co. KG was merged with Pekrun Getriebebau GmbH. This merger aims to combine competencies, strengths and knowledge of the two locations, Iserlohn and Wuppertal. The realised synergies will enable the company to serve its customers even better and ensure long-term competiveness and success.
The Ostermann product portfolio, which covers engineering and new gear production as well as a full range of repairs and other services including spare part supplies, will naturally be retained in its entirety…
