One of our Italian customers asked us for help with a fatal damage of his mill gearbox. Due to this incident his production was in complete shutdown. The challenge was clear after the first inspection and a video conference with our customer: A complete overhaul including the replacement of sensitive parts e.g. new case and journal bearings in less than 6 weeks!
